I am a mother of 3 going through a divorce right now, their father will not agree w/me on anything, mostly on child visitations. I have come to the conclusion that I will need to hire an attorney but have no way of paying for one. I live in the Wayne County area of Indiana if anyone has any suggestions please help….thank you.

How can I go about finding a lawyer that will help me. I can not afford the $1500 retainer fees and $200 an hour fees. This is for a family matter. I am moving back home out of state and my ex is not allowing me to take our 11 year old son.

My wife’s car is totalled, except for it has really low miles and runs great. The right side got smashed in last week, and the other driver did NOT get a ticket (so much for insurance $$). We cannot afford a new car, honestly I almost think it’s ridiculous myself to fix this one. BUT if it can be done, I would like to see options. It’s a 1994 Pontiac Sunbird, about 68K miles.
I’m interested in north west indiana or chicago area, but I would go anywhere!
