I was denied my rights and had my children wrongly taken and santioned from me with no recourse but to comply with DCF/county demands. I was divorced but a dcf agent put me in with my ex wife resulting in 10 months of my children in foster care.I would like to sue for what the system promised my family in the first place.
What steps do I need to take? I just can afford my basic bills only & alone, but I can’t afford a huge legal bill. Thanks alot for any input!
