I was denied my rights and had my children wrongly taken and santioned from me with no recourse but to comply with DCF/county demands. I was divorced but a dcf agent put me in with my ex wife resulting in 10 months of my children in foster care.I would like to sue for what the system promised my family in the first place.

I live in the state of wisconsin, my income is just under $30,000 a year, and I need a lawyer to represent me against a car dealership that falsified information on the sale of the car and warranty documents. I went to see a lawyer today, and he told me that I would have to pay $1,000 up front and I don’t have it. How do you find a lawyer that will take 33..3% or pro bono? Do all lawyers have to take pro-bono cases? Any advice? Self-representation?
Question Details: Legal Aid won’t take my case because of some conflicts of interest. I don’t have money for a huge retainer up front, any ideas welcome.
A lawyer has offered to take on a case for me, involving a dispute over a will and other family law stuff. What kind of cut will he expect if we win?
How can I go about finding a lawyer that will help me. I can not afford the $1500 retainer fees and $200 an hour fees. This is for a family matter. I am moving back home out of state and my ex is not allowing me to take our 11 year old son.

The father makes more than enough money to support the only child we have. He has taken me to court on 3 other times concerning this matter and the judge did not see a need for a decrease in child support. He can always afford a lawyer unlike myself. He is self-employed and makes over $100,000 a year and he is $34,000 in arrears. This is the reason I want to prepare a quality objection letter to have my day in court. He also has 4 vehicles and own 2 semi trucks.
long story short, my husbands baby mother is keeping his child from him.He wants to be able to see his daughter and raise her in the right direction. She collects child support and he is up to date. There is no setup for him to see his child, please help us.
