I have been doing this work for several years. But now I am incorporating because money needs to be raised to fulfill the objectives. Projects include starting a college and vocational institutes, micro-lending and small business lending, and leadership and organizational development. We currently serve communities in the US, Canada, and Brazil. Our focus is First Nation communities whether inurban or reservation (reserve) locations.
My dad is held at the Texas immigration Facility and needs a pro-bono lawyer. To help him open a brief for his ninth circuit he is fighting immigration, and is appealing Final cat, cancellation of removal and 212c. And coming to my question is there any immigation lawyers pro-bono that any one can recomend if not is there any information concluding on how to either get one or find one. Thank You for your time.

I am trying to find an attorney to represent a refugee who is seeking asylum in the US. His case was denied but he must now submit an appeal and has no lawyer to do it? I have to find someone soon. If he is deported his life will be at risk. Does anyone have any tips besides sending e-mails to any immigration lawyers I can find?
I have a friend with a mental disorder who has been incarcerated. He has no funds, or way to earn any. He was on disability but once he was incarcerated for 30 days he lost it.
